Returns and exchanges

In the event that the Customer should change his/her mind about the purchased products, the Customer may withdraw from the Agreement, by requesting to return the goods in accordance with Article 1 of this Information Notice; in case the goods should be defective or Beauty Concept S.r.l. should be responsible for any error in processing the order, the Customer will be eligible for the product replacement procedure, as provided for in Article 2 of this information notice.

This information notice, as well as the “Terms and Conditions of Use”, the Privacy and Cookie Policies, and any attachments or further legal notes, are duly provided to the Customer/Consumer, before the Customer/Consumer becomes bound by the Agreement or the sending of a purchase proposal with the relevant order form, as provided for in Article 2 of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”.

The entire informative documentation concerning relations between the Customer and Beauty Concept S.r.l., including this Return and Replacement Policy, has been published on the Internet site www.beautyconceptclub.com.



  • 1. RETURNS

    The Customer may recede from the executed Agreement, without incurring any penalties, and without specifying the reason therefor, within 14 days after the date of receipt of the products, as provided for in Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Article 8 of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”. Please refer to such provisions as contained in Article 6 of the “Terms and Conditions of Use” regarding the obligation to immediately check that the packaging is undamaged upon delivery.
    Any products shall be returned within and no later than 14 days after the date of delivery of the ordered products and goods; in the event that multiple products should have been ordered by the consumer through one order and delivered separately, the said 14-day period will start on the day the Customer or a third party – other than the carrier, as designated by the Customer as consignee by sending the order form – physically comes into possession of the last ordered product. Likewise, in the event of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or multiple pieces sent separately, the said 14-day period will start when the Customer/Consumer, or a third party, as designated by the Customer as consignee by sending the order form, physically comes into possession of the last lot or piece belonging to the same order.
    The withdrawal right as governed by the provisions of this Article, pursuant to Article 8 of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”, may be exercised by the Customer, provided that the Customer fills in and sends the Return Form available on the website, or sends an email to contact@beautyconceptclub.com, or a registered letter with return receipt to the headquarters of Beauty Concept, specifying the following: order number, purchased product, name and address of consignee. 
    Under Article 54, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005), the burden of proof regarding the actual exercise of the withdrawal right lies with the Customer/Consumer.
    Under the provisions contained in Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005), the withdrawal right may not be exercised in the event that the product should have been opened or removed from the original packaging; likewise, such withdrawal right as referred to in this article may not be exercised in the event that the product should have been damaged or the sealed packaging tampered with.
    The Customer shall return the product in new condition – that is, the product must not have been opened and/or used, whether in full or in part; the same rule applies to any samples and complimentary products relating to the order being withdrawn from in accordance with law provisions and this article.
    The Customer is responsible for the condition of the product until the product is delivered to Beauty Concept by such carrier or shipping agent as designated by the Customer. All return expenses shall be borne by the Customer, as provided for in Article 8 of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”.

    If any of the above rules should not be complied with, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement, in accordance with our terms and conditions and pursuant to law provisions.
    Following receipt of the returned product, Beauty Concept S.r.l. will examine the goods: if no problems are found, Beauty Concept S.r.l. will refund the payments under article 56 of the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).


     
  • 2. EXCHANGES

    In the event that the Customer should have received any product other than the actually ordered product, or a product which does not reasonably comply with the description, is not fit for use in accordance with article 128 and following articles of the Consumer Code, or is damaged or flawed, the product will be eligible for replacement as provided for in this Article.
    To qualify for the replacement of one or more products, please fill in the Return Form available on the website, or send an email to contact@beautyconceptclub.com specifying the following: order number, purchased product, name and address of the consignee, and reason for replacement.
    A severely damaged product will be replaced; in case of a damaged, defective or flawed product, after the goods returned by the Customer are examined by our team of experts, subject to verification of such defect or noncompliance as stated by the Customer, Beauty Concept S.r.l. will replace the product. It is important to point out that, if, following our checks, such problem as stated by the Customer should not be found, the product originally received by the Customer will be returned to the Customer, as it is not eligible for replacement.
    If the product is eligible for an exchange, the shipping expenses will be borne by Beauty Concept S.r.l.; if no exchange is possible – for example, because the returned product is out of stock and is no longer commercially available –, the Customer will be entitled to price reduction or a refund commensurate with the value of the product, provided that the defective product is returned to Beauty Concept S.r.l.
